Now today the company has launched Chetak 3001 in its new electric scooter in the domestic market. This new scooter will replace the previous model Chetak 2903, along with all the Chetak scooters in the company’s portfolio will be equipped with the new platform which was launched last year.

In terms of look and design, it is similar to other models of Chetak. However, it has been prepared on a completely new frame and floorboard battery architecture. The new entry level Chetak scooter equipped with attractive look and powerful battery pack is Rs 99,990 (ex-showroom). Chetak 3001 has been introduced by the company in a total of three color variants. In which customers will get the option of red, yellow and blue color.

Bajaj Chetak 3001 driving range
Bajaj Auto has given a 3kwh capacity battery pack in this electric scooter. The company claims that this battery pack is capable of giving 127 km driving range in single charge. However, the company has not yet disclosed whether it is a real world range or IDC Claim Range. The company is offering a charger of 750W as a standard with this scooter. With the help of which its battery is charged from 0 to 80 percent in 3 hours 50 minutes.
Since the same frame has been used in 3001 which is found in Chetak 35, the company has also given 35 liters of underest storage in this scooter. This is a very important and useful feature in terms of scooters.

In this scooter, the company has given LCD display. With TECPAC software, Chetak 3001 gets functions such as calls and music control, guide-mum light, hill hold assist, reverse lights and auto-flashing stop lamps. This scooter, which comes with full metal body, has only drum brakes in two wheels, as is also seen in 3503.
