This video was shared by Karnataka BJP on X on Saturday. In the video, BT Laxman is crying loudly near his son’s body and saying, ‘I bought the land I bought for him. I don’t go anywhere now. I also want to live here. Bhumik, a resident of Hasan district of Karnataka, was the only son of his parents and the final year of engineering.

Bhumik’s father had said in the hospital on the day of the accident that I had never away from myself for an hour, he died today.

2 days ago, Bhowmik’s father blamed the administration Bhowmik’s father BT Laxman held the administration responsible for the accident two days ago. He had said that my son was killed today due to your negligence.

When he went to the hospital to take the body of his son, he said that the son came here without telling and now his body is lying on the road. Today, complete my son’s postmortem and hand over his body to me.

On the other hand, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has ordered to increase compensation for the families of those killed in the stampede to Rs 25 lakh. Earlier, the government had announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the families.
