IBPS PO 2025: IBPS PO Preliminary Examination Results 2025 is expected to be released soon by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Candidates appearing in the Probationary Officer Preliminary Examination will be able to see the results on the official website of IBPS IBPS.IN. According to the calendar, the institute conducted the preliminary examination for Probationary Officers/Management Trainee (PO/MT) on 17, 23 and 24 August 2025.
The preliminary examination included 100 questions of 100 marks. Candidates are required to pass the three examinations by obtaining the minimum cut-off marks prescribed by IBPS. IBPS will choose adequate candidates for online main examination according to the requirement in every category.
Negative marking for wrong answers in the examination. For each incorrect answer, one-fourth of the marks prescribed for that question or 0.25 marks will be deducted as punishment so that the correct marks can be obtained. IBPS will fill 5,208 vacant posts of probationary officer through this recruitment drive.
