New Delhi: Preparations for IPL have started. The entire franchise is slowly engaged in strengthening its support staff. Everyday one or the other team comes updated. The name of Rajasthan Royals has also been added to this episode. After Rahul Dravid, the franchise has joined hands with another Indian coach. This veteran is none other than Sairaj.

Second innings with Rajasthan Royals
Former India cricketer Sairaj much has been made his spin bowling coach by Rajasthan Royals. This is the second term of the 52 -year -old much with Rajasthan Royals. Prior to this, he was a part of the team from 2018 to 2021. He has resigned from his post at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, now called the ‘Center of Excellence’ (Center for Excellence).

Special disciple of Rahul Dravid
He will work with New Zealand bowling coach Shane Bond and head coach Rahul Dravid. He first worked with Dravid when he was the head coach of the Indian team. Manyule told ‘Kricbaj’, ‘Discussion is going on and I am close to finalizing my participation with the franchise. Some things still have to be worked out, but I am excited to join Rajasthan Royals again.

630 wickets and nine centuries
Sairaj has been a very veteran spinner of his era. He has also played many best innings with the bat. This veteran of Mumbai may have got a chance to play two Tests and eight ODIs for India, but his record in domestic cricket has been excellent. In the 188 first class match, he has 630 wickets as well as nine centuries, 26 half-centuries.
