Belagavi murder case: A painful incident occurred in Belagavi, Karnataka, where a 29 -year -old youth brutally murdered a 20 -year -old girl and committed suicide himself. The incident took place in a house located near Nath Pi Circle where the victim Aishwarya Mahesh Lohar was living.
Accused Prashant Kundkar who was a resident of Yelloor village of Belagavi taluk. He was a painter by profession. According to the police, Prashant liked Aishwarya for a long time and wanted to marry her. He had earlier also talked to Aishwarya’s mother about this, but her mother had first advised her to be financially stable.
Death to death on refusal to marry
On the morning of Tuesday (March 5), Prashant reached Aishwarya’s aunt’s house, where she was living. He brought a bottle of poison with him and started pressuring Aishwarya for marriage. When Aishwarya refused to marry, she forcibly tried to give her poison. When Aishwarya opposed this, Prashant took out a knife from her pocket and strangled her.
Both Aishwarya and Prashant died on the spot
After the incident, Aishwarya died on the spot due to excessive bleeding. After this, Prashant also cut his throat with the same knife and died on the spot.
Police is investigating the case intense
Police reached the spot as soon as the incident was received. Senior officials including the city Police Commissioner Yada Martin reached the spot and started investigating the case. The police is investigating all aspects related to this case intensively.
