Bengaluru kempegowda airport: The Kepe Gowda International Airport located in Bangalore has received fake bomb threatening emails. This is the second time in a week, when the airport has received an e-mail through a bomb. The investigation found that the threat was sent to the Airport Security Force. In the email, an alleged terrorist was claimed that it was wrong to hang the terrorist Ajmal Kasab. Mischievous elements threatened the bomb on the 13th and 16th of this month by two separate emails. These emails were sent in the style of a kind of ‘puzzle game’, in which two bombs were said to be planted, if the ‘Plan A’ fails, then the ‘Plan B’ will be active. Even it was claimed that a bomb was installed in the toilet pipeline of the airport.
After the threat, a intensive search operation was carried out at the Kepegowda International Airport, but after investigation it was declared fake. The police have registered a case against the email IDs from whom these fake bomb threats were sent. The Kenpegowda Airport Police has started investigation. After some time of peace, in recent times, such fake bomb threats have been seen again. These emails and fake calls are now becoming a headache for the airport police and officers.
