Nitish Kumar’s JDU has started preparations for 112 seats amid the ongoing silence regarding seat sharing in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). On these seats, JDU has removed the army of its leaders from district level to assembly level.

According to JDU sources, the party has given a clear message to its leaders that these seats are coming to their part. You guys be ready. A list of these seats has also been released by the party among the leaders.

Bhaskar has a complete list of seats issued by JDU leadership. According to the list, JDU can leave its 7-8 old seats. These are the seats where the party has been contesting the last 3-4 elections, but is not winning.

In return, JDU has claimed 5 new seats. In the last election in all these 5 seats, BJP fielded its candidates. There is also 3 BJP winning seat. Whereas, a Chanpur seat belongs to Jama Khan, who won from BSP in the last election. Later joined JDU and is still a minister. BJP lost on one seat.

Prospects for Chirag are being searched in Jagdishpur

One of the seats that JDU is leaving, one seat is also Jagdishpur of Ara. A source of LJP (R) party told Bhaskar that which party will fight in which seat, it has not been decided in the alliance. In such a situation, it is not appropriate to announce the seat. Is Chirag Paswan a possibility of contesting elections from Jagdishpur. He told, ‘Survey is also being conducted from that seat. Overall data has not come yet. It would be right to say anything on this only after the data comes, but the possibility cannot be ruled out.

Before the announcement of the election, PM Modi has made four visits to Bihar. On July 18, Bihar is coming again. He always supports Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to show solidarity in his rally.

JDU will leave Phulwari for Manjhi and Dinara for Kushwaha

After Shyam Rajak joined JDU, it was believed that the party could contest Fulwari Sharif, but this seat is not included in the party’s secret list.

A HAM leader said on the condition of anonymity, ‘Jitan Ram Manjhi has claimed this seat. So JDU is leaving this seat for us.

However, according to a JDU leader, there is a long queue of contenders within the party, in this case, the party has decided to leave this seat due to the rebellion.

JDU has been contesting elections on Rohtas’s Dinara seat till now. This time the party is dropping this seat. The discussion is fast that the party is leaving this seat for Upendra Kushwaha. There is talk of his party to contest the election of Alok Singh, brother of Minister Santosh Singh here.

Alok Singh has joined the National Lok Morcha of Upendra Kushwaha three months ago. Santosh Singh is considered a strong hold on this seat of Rohtas. Apart from this, Patna’s draft seat is also leaving JDU.

BJP’s claim on 5 seats

If JDU is leaving 7 seats, then 5 new seats are claimed. BJP contested all these seats in the last election. Upendra Kushwaha had also claimed in the last election on Sugauli seat. This time JDU has claimed its claim on Sugauli, Pipra, Kahalgaon, Chainpur and Wazirganj.

Nitish’s focus on North Bihar, Ang and Kosi

Like every election, this time too, the entire focus of Nitish Kumar is on North Bihar. North Bihar has about 50 percent of the 112 seats of JDU. In 16 districts here, the party is preparing to contest 56 seats.

JDU has claimed 80 percent of Kosi seats, including 4 seats in Supaul, all 4 of Madhepura and 2 seats in Saharsa. Apart from this, the party has also claimed its 11 seats in Anga Pradesh. The remaining 34 seats are from South Bihar. Nalanda has the highest number of 6 seats in this area.

Claim on EBC-OBC seat leaving minority seat

Among the 7 seats being left by JDU, Muslim candidates have been fighting Thakurganj, Kochadhaman and all three. Whereas, Phulwari Sharif and the draft are Dalit dominated seats. At the same time, Kushwaha and Rajput have been contesting in Jagdishpur, Nautan has also been a Rajput -dominated seat.

Now, 4 out of 5 seats in the seats where JDU are claiming, EBC-OBC candidates have been contesting elections in Sugauli, Pipra, Kahalgaon and Chainpur. While Wazirganj is a Rajput dominated seat. Rajputs have been contesting elections from here.
