Lalu Yadav has suffered a major setback from the Supreme Court in the Land for Job Case. The court has dismissed Lalu Yadav’s petition in which he demanded a stay on the trial court proceedings. There was a demand from Lalu Yadav that the trial court hearing be postponed till August 12. A bench of Justice MM Sundresh and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh dismissed the petition on Wednesday.
