Senior Telangana Congress leader Feroz Khan has made serious allegations of large -scale fake voting in Hyderabad parliamentary constituency and Nampalli assembly constituency. He accused the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of working together and termed the victory of the two as fake and opaque.
Talking to ABP News, Feroz Khan claimed that more than 6 lakh fake votes have been identified in Hyderabad parliamentary constituency, while more than 1 lakh fake votes have been found in Nampalli assembly constituency. He said, ‘AIMIM and BJP’s victory is completely based on fake votes, it is a deception of democracy.’
Congress statement on Election Commission
Feroz Khan launched a scathing attack on the Election Commission of India and alleged that the commission is working as a representative of BJP. He said, ‘The Election Commission is asking Rahul Gandhi an affidavit for his claims, but the public is asking the question to what role it played in making fake votes in favor of BJP.’
The Congress leader accused the formation of duplicate voter ID in Nampalli and adding new fake votes to the voter list. He claimed, “We caught three people in illegal voting, who were identified as the people of Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi.” Khan said that despite these serious irregularities, the Election Commission did not take any action.
Fake voting is a serious threat to democracy
Feroz Khan said that 100 employees were deployed by the revenue officials to investigate the voter list, but the employees disappeared within 10 days. He said, “Even after five years of struggle, only 10 percent of fake votes were removed and they were also the names of most dead persons.”
Feroz Khan demanded immediate action from the Election Commission and said that fake voting is a serious threat to democracy. He reiterated the allegation of collusion on AIMIM and BJP, saying, ‘This is a betrayal of the public. We will take this issue among the public and fight for justice.
Movement will be on a large scale
The Congress leader warned that if the fake voter list is not corrected, they will start a massive movement. This press conference has raised serious questions on the credibility of the voter list in Hyderabad and Nampalli and has created a stir in political circles.
