In Mirzapur area of Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, the police has busted a gang cheating in the name of Tantra-Mantra. The police have arrested 7 accused in the case of cheating of Rs 33 lakh. The gang used to cheat innocent people for a long time by pretending to remove tantra-mantra and gold. This time the matter came to light when he was cheated with his companions in the gang itself.
‘Keep 33 lakh rupees in a handi’
Among the accused arrested, Monu alias Irfan turned out to be the main conspirator. He planned in association with his companions Sunil, Rustom and Bittu and Sonu Saini. Everyone assured Virendra Dahiya, a resident of Haryana, a friend of Sonu Saini, that there is a black shadow at his house and a tantric ritual is necessary for purification. In this ritual, it was advisable to wrap 33 lakh rupees in a red cloth and offer it to Pir.

Dahiya was convinced that after this process, gold would come out of his house. Under the scheme, rituals were prepared at Khara Power House. After keeping the money, the tantric planned to escape from there. Monu and his associates had already decided everything. He ran away with Rs 33 lakh from the spot and started distributing money among themselves. He did not include Sonu in it.
Sonu came to know that he reached the police station as a victim with Dahiya. When the case was investigated, it was revealed that Sonu Saini, who was a complainant in this case, was himself involved in this fraud. Here, Monu tried to cheat the rest of the colleagues for the sharing of money, so they all reached the police station with a false story of cheating.
7 arrested, money recovered
Police teams left for Haryana to get to the bottom of the case. On the behest of the accused, the police recovered the entire amount of Rs 33 lakh. Police said that seven accused involved in the gang of this fraud have been arrested. These include the main accused Tantric Salim and his son, who are residents of Selakui area of Dehradun.
The accused admitted that they used to cheat people in the name of tantra-mantra and cheat fake gold as real. They used to collect a lot of money in the name of Bali and Zakat and distributed the money among themselves. This gang had earlier carried out many similar incidents. The police, in the investigation, caught the truth and caught all the accused and started the process of depositing the recovered amount in the treasury. All the accused arrested will be produced in the court. Sonu had introduced the victim Virendra Dahiya to a tantric to get him purified by talking about black shadow at home. Police say that people should be cautious in such fraud cases and do not come under the guise of any tantric action or miracle.
