Ratnakar Sahu, Additional Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, was attacked by some unknown youths on Monday. The incident took place when Sahu was holding a public hearing meeting. The video of this incident has gone viral on social media. According to preliminary information, six unidentified youths suddenly entered his chamber and attacked without any provocation.
