More than half of the states have been submerged in water due to floods in Bihar. Many villages have become a river and boat is running on the streets. Thousands of people have become homeless. The situation is serious in many areas of Munger and Bhagalpur. Baghmara village of Kursela Nagar Panchayat of Katihar district is also flooded.
