The ongoing controversy about SIR (Special Intensive Revision) in Bihar has now reached roads and railway tracks. On Wednesday, the Bihar shutdown and the flywheel jam called by the Grand Alliance saw a widespread impact. Protests from the road to the railway station intensified. 1. Chakka jam on roads, Gandhi bridge closed
The bandh started from Hajipur, where RJD workers blocked the Gandhi Setu. After this, National Highway 30 was interrupted in Maner, Patna. Traffic from Patna to cities like Hajipur, Darbhanga and Purnia was affected due to flywheel jam.

2. Workers landed on railway tracks
Patna-Gaya rail was stopped at the court station of Jehanabad. At Patna’s Secretariat Halt Station, Congress workers demonstrated on the railway track. Bihar Sampark Kranti Express was stopped in Darbhanga and the workers kept shouting slogans sitting on the rail track.
3. Arson in Maner, roads jammed
In Maner, RJD workers demonstrated by burning tires. Such arson incidents came to light in many places. Due to the bandh, the common man faced a lot of trouble in the capital and other cities.
4. Government retaliation
Deputy CM Vijay Sinha said, ‘Election Commission wants to spread awareness, what is wrong with this? This is not for any caste or party, but for transparency. At the same time, BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur said, ‘People like Tejashwi and Rahul Gandhi cannot protect the constitution. The public is not with them.

5. Tejashwi’s sharp attack

6. Rahul Gandhi targeted Election Commission

The impact of Bihar bandh was seen on many trains on Wednesday. About a dozen trains were affected by this, most of them are from Samastipur division.
