A case of rape of a 13 -year -old girl suffering from cancer has come to light in Badlapur Eastern Police Station area of Maharashtra. The case was detected during Chemo Treatment. At present, the police has arrested the accused and has also started investigation. According to the information received, a minor girl suffering from cancer came from Bihar state to Badlapur in Maharashtra for treatment.
For the girl’s family, an acquaintance had arranged to stay in Badlapur and was also helping in treatment. Meanwhile, the acquaintance raped her several times. Due to which she became pregnant. When the cancer victim was taken for chemo treatment, it was found to be pregnant.

Police started investigation after arrest of accused
On the complaint of the victim’s family, a case has been registered at Badlapur Eastern Police Station. Also, the accused acquaintance has also been arrested. Assistant Police Commissioner Shailesh Kale said that a case of rape has come to light from a minor girl suffering from cancer.
An FIR has been lodged on the complaint of the victim’s family members and the accused has also been arrested. The girl has come from Bihar for treatment with her family members. Further investigation is being done in the case. Further action will be taken after investigation.
