But now there has been a big turn in this matter. The police, who had made this claim and accused the company of harassing the company, has now registered a case against the same person.

In fact, when the case was investigated and the police recorded the statements, a woman living in Perumbavur filed a case against the person who harassed the employees. The complainant woman claims that the video that is going viral was made under the pressure of Manaf.

In the viral video that the woman is talking about, employees are being forced to behave like dogs. Manaf, who was earlier posted in a senior position in the company, had allegedly pressurized the employees to participate in the harassment act.
In this case, the police have said that a case has been registered against Manaf for attacking a woman with the intention of dissolving the dignity and using a criminal force. Meanwhile, sources in the labor department said that the Ernakulam District Labor Officer has given a report to the State Labor Commissioner, stating that on the basis of the video, there is no case of harassment in the office. However, Manaf told a television channel that the youths changed their statement under pressure.
Employees had made serious allegations against the company
In the viral video, a person is allegedly shown to force an employee to crawl on the floor by wearing a dog like a dog. Later some employees told a TV channel that those who fail to achieve the target are given such punishment by the management of the company.
The owner of the company denied the allegations
According to the police, the incident is allegedly associated with a private company working in Kalur and the crime was allegedly in nearby Permbavur. Police told the media that they had not received any complaint and the company owner denied the allegations. The State Human Rights Commission also registered a case in the incident on the basis of the complaint filed by the High Court lawyer Kulthur Jaisingh.
