This petition was filed in the court by former head of Tilamapur Nageshwar Mishra. His petition was dismissed by the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Varanasi on November 28, 2024. He then filed a petition by the MP-MP court, which was accepted by the court.

Advocates Vivek Shankar Tiwari and Alakh Rai presented arguments in the court on behalf of the former head. ADGC Vinay Kumar Singh presented the side as a government lawyer. On behalf of the prosecution, the court has so far presented the proceedings in the case.
