In the case of money laundering, the difficulties of Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendra Jain have increased. There will now be a case against him in the court. President Draupadi Murmu has approved it on Tuesday (February 18, 2025). The Ministry of Home Affairs had requested the President for this on Friday (February 14, 2025).
The ministry had said that on the basis of the material received from the Enforcement Directorate, adequate evidence has been found against Jain for approval of prosecution in this case.
