Explain that a notice of Rs 12,76,418 has been sent by the administration to the former MP. This amount is due to outstanding license (rent) and fine of the government house T-6/23 located in Sector-7, in which some parts have been fined up to 100% and 200%.

Complete details of outstanding amount:

General license fee from July 2023 to 5 October 2024

100% fine of Rs 3,64,620 from 6 October 2024 to 5 January 2025 (as per notification 13 March 2020)

From 6 January to 12 April 2025, 200% fine of Rs 8,20,287

Other Charges: 26,106 rupees (from 8 November 2017 as per the old notification) and 59,680 rupees (12% annual interest by 30 April 2025)

Total outstanding amount: ₹ 12,76,418

The administration sent this notice to the house of Kiran Kher on 24 June 2025 at Sector-8A’s house. The notice states that if the outstanding amount is not paid on time, then 12% additional interest will be charged every year. Payment has been asked to be done via demand draft or bank transfer. It will be necessary to take details from the cashier before payment.
