Chhangur Baba was busy plotting government land, land was named after Neetu in 93 lakh

Jamaluddin alias Chhangur Baba, the main accused in the conversion case in Balrampur district of Uttar Pradesh, is now facing serious allegations like capturing government land and rigging in documents. Investigations have revealed that Baba erected property worth crores through foreign funding received from conversion and built prized complexes in Utraula.

According to sources, Baba first bridged the government Kundwa pond located in Patel Nagar area of Utraula, then rigging the government paper and started illegal plotting of about 30,000 square feet on that land. The most shocking thing is that Baba first showed this land the names of some poor people and then bought the land from them for 93 lakh rupees in the name of Neetu alias Nasreen.

In this case, the then ADM Balrampur had also sent a complaint in writing to the Utraula Municipality that the land of the government pond was being plotted and it should be stopped immediately, but the administration did not take any action.

When the team reached the government land and pond captured by Chhangur Baba till date, the locals openly started telling Baba’s misdeeds. People said that Baba also closed and captured the culvert made of MP fund in the area. Due to the flood water coming out of the culvert every year, the problem of water logging in the rain has started deepening in the locality.
