CM Yogi advisor Avnish Awasthi’s term increased again, retired in the year 2022 – CM Yogi Advisor Awanish Awasthi Tenure Extended for One Year LCla

The Uttar Pradesh government has extended the tenure of Avnish Awasthi, the chief advisor to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for one year. This is his third term expansion. In view of administrative experience and strategic skills, the UP government appointed him as an advisor to the Chief Minister after retiring in 2022.

Avnish Awasthi has been a 1987 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He has served in many important positions in his administrative tenure. He has worked in several important departments including Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Information of Home Department. In view of his administrative efficiency and decision -making ability, he was maintained in the government even after retiring.

Avnish Awasthi played an important role in various development projects, law and order and administrative reforms while working with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. His role has been commendable in many important works like cases related to Ram temple construction, police modernization, expressway construction and investment projects. Due to his work style, the government kept him in the post of advisor twice and now his tenure has been extended for one year once again.

Avnish Awasthi is an advisor to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for administrative work since he retired from the Indian Administrative Service. He is considered very reliable of the Chief Minister. Avnish Awasthi, who was a 1987 batch IAS officer, retired on 31 August 2022. He has been the IAS officer who has held the responsibility of Uttar Pradesh Home Department for the longest time.
