Jaglal Chaudhary was from Dalit family

Jaglal Chaudhary was from the Pasi community. He joined the Congress while being a medical student. He used to take care of the family by selling toddy. While being the Excise Minister, he first implemented liquor ban in Bihar.

On January 18, he came to Bihar
