In Patna, the capital of Bihar, Congress and Left MLAs have started a march from the Assembly to Raj Bhavan regarding the BPSC dispute. Earlier, there was a protest by students, in which Prashans Kishore also participated. It is being said by the police that this is a restricted area but the MLAs and MPs who have come there are standing at the spot and want to reach Raj Bhavan. The visiting leaders say that the government is showing dictatorship. We want to meet the Governor and express our views, this is our right.

The magistrate said, “The area where they are known is a restricted area, that is why we have stopped these people here.”

‘Wanting to go peacefully…’

Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed said while talking to Aaj Tak, “It is unfortunate that the MLAs and elected people of this state are not being allowed to leave. We want to leave in a very peaceful manner.”

‘Pushed and made me fall…’

CPIML MLA Sudama Prasad said, “We were pushed down. We were going to meet the Governor with the demands of the students. We are not engaging with the police, the police themselves are engaging with us.”
