The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the datesheet for class 10th and 12th board examinations. A few days after the release of the datesheet, it is being discussed a lot and the reason is that people are unhappy about the holidays given in it. After the release of the datesheet, objections are being raised about the low or uneven gap between the examination paper and it is being said that it can affect the preparation of students.
What is objection to class 10 students
Students of class 10 say that science paper has been kept on February 25, which is a day after many languages-Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Manipuri and Telugu-Telanga. With this, these students will not get any holiday for preparation. A student has written on X that even students taking exams in Punjabi have no holiday. All Punjab students will have problems with this, please reconsider the date sheet.
What is objection to class 12 students
Students of class 12 say that the physics examination is kept immediately after physical education, due to which the students are feeling heavy pressure. One student wrote, ‘Many students are worried that the Physical Education Exam Physics papers have been kept just one day ago in the tentative date sheet. This gives very little time for preparation. We request you to rethink and adjust the schedule in the interest of the students.
Some topics like social science and economics papers are also scheduled on the very next day of language paper, due to which students are not getting enough time. Many students believe that such back-to-back schedules will affect their preparation, especially the subjects in which celebs are more.
Let us know that this year about 45 lakh students will take exams for 204 subjects across the country, including students from 26 other countries besides India. The most affected are the students who have tight or main subjects for two consecutive days.
Teachers suggest that the student should maintain the continuity of studies and do not depend on the gap between the examination. However, many parents and students are constantly demanding changes in the schedule, while some find this schedule to be managed.
