A couple from Hyderabad was arrested by the police on charges of live streaming their sexual acts on the mobile app. Police told on Friday (June 27, 2025) that they were in dire need of money, so the couple did such actions to earn money easily.
Police said that the couple were unable to pay college fees of their two daughters, both are meritorious students. One of them is a B.Tech Second Year student, while the other has recently scored 468 out of 470 in the intermediate examination and was preparing to enter the college.
‘Live video was priced at Rs 2000’ & nbsp; Police said that these couples used to share live and recorded videos of their sexual acts with most of the youth, who were willing to pay for such pornographic content. Police said that the price of a live video was Rs 2,000, while a clip recorded was sold for 500 rupees. Notices were also issued to those who bought video from the couple East Zone Task Force raided the couple’s house on the basis of secret information and arrested them. Police said that a case has been registered under the provisions of the Information Technology Act and investigation is going on.
