Delhi Police has arrested 4 people in the murder of a silent deaf person at Aastha Kunj Park in South-East Delhi. A police officer gave this information to a news agency. According to the official, the arrested people include an 18 -year -old youth, a woman and two minors.
Police said that the victim has been identified as Dharam alias Dumb, who lived near the ISKCON temple and his body was found on the morning of 13 August. It is said that the accused came to the park to eat and drink. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South-East) Hemant Tiwari said that the victim stared at them for a long time, after which the accused attacked him with kick-punches and sticks.

In this connection, the police have also arrested a woman named Rahana (44), a resident of Srinivaspuri. Who supplied the hemp to the accused. At present, a case has been registered under Section 103 (1) (murder) of BNS in Amar Colony Police Station. Since there was no CCTV camera inside the park, the team searched the footage of cameras on Raja Dhir Singh Marg near the temple.
The DCP said that in a recording of around 12.40 pm on August 13, three youths were seen getting off an auto and going towards the park. Based on the monitoring and information received from the informers, the police laid a trap and caught the accused.

The police have also recovered blood -stained clothes, two mobile phones and a stick used in crime. The DCP said that Dinesh, a resident of Banda in Uttar Pradesh, was earlier involved in a case of attempt to murder while being a minor. During the interrogation, the accused revealed that the victims allegedly stared at them, causing them to erupted.
The official said that when the victim did not respond to repeated interrogation, the accused and his associates attacked him. Due to which he was seriously injured. Apart from this, 175 grams of hemp was recovered from Rauna. After which a separate case was registered under the NDPS Act at Amar Colony Police Station.
