Delhi Assembly Elections Result: The results of the assembly elections in Delhi have come out. Voting was held on 5 February for the assembly elections. If we look at the results, the Aam Aadmi Party is losing and the Bharatiya Janata Party is seen returning to power, but among all this, there is a discussion of any assembly seat, then it is Mustafabad. The Bharatiya Janata Party gave a ticket to Mohan Singh Bisht from Mustafabad, which is ahead by 30 thousand votes. Although before this, Mohan Singh Bisht was an MLA from Karaval Nagar seat, but before the election, BJP had posted him in Mustafabad.
Talking about the equation of Mustafabad assembly seat, this seat comes in the top 5 Muslim areas of Delhi. The population of Muslims here is about 40 percent. Apart from this, there are also Thakur and Dalit voters here. Here Thakur is about 12 percent, while Dalits around 10 percent. That is, there are 40 percent Muslim and 60 percent Hindu voters on this assembly seat.
How did BJP wave the victory?
The biggest thing is that it is also important to understand how the Bharatiya Janata Party won in the Muslim area. Although Jagdish Pradhan was a strong contender on this seat, but at the last moment the BJP gave Mohan Singh Bisht election ticket from here. In the election strategy, the seats were exchanged by the BJP, like Mohan Singh Bisht was an MLA from Karawal Nagar, who was given a ticket from Mustafabad, while Hindu leader Kapil Mishra was given a ticket from Karawal Nagar. Mohan Singh Bisht, who worked as a general and grassroots leader, benefited from this in the election.
Delhi riots accused also got tickets
On this seat, the Aam Aadmi Party gave ticket to Hasan Ahmed’s son Adil Ahmed, while AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi fielded Tahir Hussain from here. Tahir Hussain is an accused of the Delhi riots and also reached the Supreme Court to seek permission for the election campaign. On this, after Tahir Hussain landed in the ground, the entire election was made by Hindu vsas Muslim.
BJP had done door to door campaign
Five Muslim candidates had fielded from this seat, due to which the Aam Aadmi Party had to face a big brunt. Ali Mehdi of Congress finished fourth in the election, but he also cut a lot of Muslim votes. One reason for the BJP’s victory was that the party had focused on the door -to -door campaign here. While former Union Minister Anurag Thakur took the front, the ground hold of Mohan Singh Beach won the BJP in this Muslim -dominated seat.
Haji Yunus defeated Jagdish Pradhan
In Mustafabad seat, you suffered something in such a way that he was defeated by Haji Yunus from here in 2020. This time AAP gave ticket to Adil instead of Haji Yunus, who failed to break into Hindu voters and this was the reason that the Aam Aadmi Party had to face defeat here.
