According to the police, Ravi had filed a case against Aman three months ago. Now he came to attack the sisters with the same bitterness. During the firing, a sister was injured by a bullet. But fate, the understanding of the local people caught one of the accused Ashish at the same time. The rest of the attackers escaped from the spot. On receiving information about this case, a team of police immediately reached the spot.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (South-West) Amit Goyal said that investigation has been started against the accused by registering a case under the related sections of the Indian Code. Technical surveillance has shown that Ravi was communicating only through the app and using the random hotspot network. His last location was found in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. A police team was sent to Manali.

There he identified the accused and traced them. Meanwhile, Ravi and Hitesh boarded the bus going back to Delhi. The police team stopped the bus in Murthal, Haryana and caught both. During interrogation, Ravi has confessed to firing the woman with an illegal pistol. The pistol has later been recovered from a friend’s house in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.

The police is still searching for the fourth accused Monu. Ravi is also involved in three other criminal cases including attempted murder. Police said that further investigation is going on.
