Delhi Crime – The court convicted the husband who killed a sick wife in Delhi, may be life imprisonment – Delhi court has convicted a man for strangulating and killed his wife in 2020 opnm2

In the year 2020, a person has been convicted by a Delhi court for strangling his wife. The sentence will be sentenced on 10 February. He can be sentenced to life imprisonment or hanging. Additional Sessions Judge Vishal Singh said that the circumstances under which the victim was killed was enough to prove the crime. The criminal showed a lot of cleverness to escape, but failed.

The judge has said in his order that the circumstances under which the victim Pinky was killed clearly indicates the crime of her husband Jaswinder Singh alias Kalia. Hearing was going on against him under Section 302 (murder) of IPC at Defense Colony Police Station in Delhi. During this time, the court has convicted the accused husband on the basis of evidence and witnesses.

In an order on January 30, the court said that the couple lived separate from other family members on the first floor of their house. According to the victim’s father and sister, Kalia was not happy with his wife. The victim had seizures. She was unable to have a child. This is the reason that he always used to treat his wife badly in a state of intoxication. Used to fight with him.

The court said, “The evidence proved that Pinky was alive. On January 13, 2020, it was with Kalia till around 2.30 pm, when Asha (sister of the deceased) spoke to her for the last time. Asha was in the evening from Kalia to Kalia. At around 6.15, it was found that Pinky is not feeling well. ” But according to medical evidence, the victim had several marks of injury on the face and body.

In the post -mortem report, the cause of his death was said to be suffocating. The court said that no one had come to meet the couple on the day of the incident. The accused knew about the circumstances of the murder. However, the accused failed to clarify the circumstances of his wife’s death. He kept giving different reasons about serious injuries to his wife in the hospital, which seemed suspicious.
