The sensation spread after the body of the woman was found in the bed box in a flat in DDA located in Vivek Vihar police station area of Shahdara, Delhi. The 30 -year -old woman has been identified as Anju alias Anjali, a resident of Punjab. She was living separately from her husband living in Bihar. Along with this, it was not even in contact with parents for a long time. His parents live in Ludhiana, Punjab. The police has informed them. A person is being questioned in custody.
A senior police said that on Friday, the body of the woman was found wrapped in a blanket in the bed box. Vivekananda Mishra, the owner of this house, has been detained for questioning. A police team was sent to Ludhiana to bring the parents of the deceased woman here for identification. The woman’s parents are very poor. The woman was married, but lived separately from her husband in Delhi. After the foul smell from the flat, the neighbors informed the police about the matter.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Prashant Gautam said that when the police team reached the spot, they found the house closed from outside. There were blood marks near the back door. After breaking the door and going inside, the rotten body of the woman was found inside the bed box. The body was wrapped in a blanket. The woman was wearing red bangles in her hand. During the initial investigation of the case, the police came to know that Vivekananda Mishra came to the flat on Thursday night and Friday afternoon.
