A dreaded criminal came to an end on the Delhi-Haryana border on Tuesday morning with a bullet echo. In a joint action of Special Cell of Delhi Police and Haryana STF, Romil Vohra, a prize crook of Rs 3 lakh, was killed in an encounter.
