A Delhi resident died during the Sunburn electronic dance music festival organized in Dhargal village in the North district of Goa. Goa Police spokesperson identified the deceased as Karan Kashyap (26), who was a resident of Rohini area of ​​Delhi. According to the police, this incident happened at 9:45 pm on Saturday night. Karan Kashyap suddenly fell unconscious during the festival. He was immediately taken to a private hospital in Mapusa, where he died during treatment.
Police spokesperson said that the postmortem of the deceased will be done at Goa Medical College and Hospital. If any kind of conspiracy or suspicious activity is found, further action will be taken. Investigation is underway to find out the cause of the incident.

However, many panchayats in South Goa and Goa protested against this sunburn and resolutions were also passed in various gram panchayats. Keeping in mind the protests in South Goa, the organizers had decided to organize this Sunburn in Deltin City area of ​​Dhargarh in North Goa. For this, a special gram sabha was organized in the local Dhargal Panchayat and a resolution was passed.
