Bhaskar: Is health the reason for the resignation of Jagdeep Dhankhar?
Balvada: For some time, the health of brother -in -law (Jagdeep Dhankhar) was going well. In between, he was also admitted to AIIMS. After that, health was improving, but now there was a complaint of low blood pressure.
There were programs in Delhi, Nainital and Kota, in which they were dizzy in standing and speaking. In the quota, he sat down and gave a speech. There was a lot of problem in constantly walking, standing and speaking. The doctors also had the opinion that they should rest now. One should not run too much.
Bhaskar: Did he discuss the house before resigning?
Balvada: Brother-in-law’s health was deteriorating in between. My elder sister Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar was trying that he should rest. He told the brother -in -law very seriously that he should not run now. Working till late night, traveling continuously, it is not right. My sister was also afraid that there would be no problem in health.
Bhaskar: What were his health problems?
Balvada: He was admitted to Delhi AIIMS in March. Perhaps between March 9 to March 12. Then I also went to meet him there. He was admitted to suddenly due to dizziness and nervousness. He also got dizzy at midnight in the hospital itself. Due to the feeling of tightness in the chest, there was also panic. Doctors immediately put the stent. However, even before this, he was being advised for angiography. After this they were feeling fine, but there is a fear due to the constant complaint of BP.
Bhaskar: Is there no preparation to give any other big post to Dhankar?
Balvada: When brother -in -law came to BJP, he was not in active politics before that. He never sought any ticket for the Lok Sabha or assembly elections. When Amit Shah became the national president, he gave the first national post. He was made the national convenor of the legal cell. Even before making the Governor of West Bengal, Amit Shah wanted him to take a post. He himself did not accept.
The brother -in -law of the post has never been greed … I went to meet him when he made him a governor. I asked him when you will take the oath, he said- what is hurry, you will take it comfortably. Right now there are some tasks of slight clients, to go to the Supreme Court for debate. After that I will take the oath of Governor.

- Childhood : Jagdeep Dhankhar Kithana (Jhunjhunu) went to the Sainik School in Chittorgarh after studying up to primary in the village. Then they came to Jaipur. Meanwhile, Dhankhar was selected in the NDA, but did not go. Gradually graduated from Maharaja College and after that he completed his education from Rajasthan University.
- Advocacy: Had started advocating by staying in Jaipur. Due to good command on Hindi-English, advocacy was good from the beginning. Shortly after, his name became one of the big lawyers.
- Marriage : She was married on 1 February 1979. In 1981, his brother -in -law Praveen came to Jaipur to study Balwada.

- Union association: He was associated with RSS and kept going to the branch. According to Balwada, Dhankar was directly connected to the Sangh after coming to Jaipur. The leaders of the Sangh and Janata Dal were contacted during advocacy. At the behest of those leaders, in 1988-89, he contested the MP from Jhunjhunu on behalf of the Janata Dal. He won by heavy votes and was also made the Union Law Minister as soon as he became an MP.
- Politics : He also met former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, LK Advani. After this, if he did not get a ticket from the Janata Dal, he went to the Congress. He contested his first election from Congress in 1991-92 from Ajmer Lok Sabha seat and lost. Then he became an MLA from Kishangarh assembly seat in 1993 on a Congress ticket. Dhankhar has also been very close to former Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.

- Bomb Blast Cesses: In 2007, Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad, Malegaon Bomb Blast in Maharashtra in the year 2008 or Samjhauta Express or Ajmer Dargah bomb blast, Dhankhar supported the Defense Lawyer team from outside. Praveen Balwada, senior High Court advocate and brother -in -law of Dhankar, also confirmed this.
- Salman Khan Deer Case: Dhankar’s name is also added to the black deer hunting case of Jodhpur, which has been in the discussion since 1998 due to Salman Khan. He was a lawyer from Salman in this case in the media. Salman then stayed in jail for 6 days in the black deer hunting case. Dhankhar fought the case and succeeded in getting the bell. - Ram Temple Case: Ramjanmabhoomi was the core issue of RSS-BJP. The NDA government was formed under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee on this issue. Dhankar did not join the BJP then, but he was with him on this issue of RSS-BJP. After joining the BJP in 2003, Dhankhar also did a lot of work in the Ramjanmabhoomi case behind the screen. The Supreme Court on November 9, 2019 ruled in the Ayodhya case to hand over the land to a trust to build a Ram Janmabhoomi temple. The role of Dhankhar was also important in this matter related to Ram Janmabhoomi, but this time also behind the screen. Dhankhar had said- the temple will be built. Ram temple can be built by bringing laws in Parliament as an alternative.
