According to Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sanjeev Vajpayee, the incident took place on the night of 7 August in Shyamiwala village of Mandavali police station area. The deceased has been identified as 32 -year -old Ashok, who was unmarried and accustomed to alcohol. Police investigation revealed that Ashok had sexually abused his mother several times in a state of intoxication, but the woman had never made public this thing due to fear of social infamy.
According to the police officer, Ashok was sleeping in his house on Thursday night. Then his mother attacked him in a fatal attack. Ashok died on the spot due to a sharp war. After this, the mother started trying to confuse the villagers by making noise. He told that robbers had entered his house. But the police suspected him and in a strict questioning, he confessed to the murder.
