2. Popcorn is a healthy option
Dr. Sethi recommends eating popcorn because they are foods rich in fiber. Although he warned you should eat popcorn roasted and solted. They should not have butter and artificial test.
3. Eat dry fruits
Dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts and cashews are the best option of potato chips. These are rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, which are good for your heart, liver and brain.
