Tariff on India more than Pakistan
The US President has imposed 25 percent tariff on India, which was going to be implemented from August 1, but now India has got a week’s time. Along with India, 96 countries have also got relief. It has been told by the White House that the new tariff will be applicable from 7 August 2025.
Trump has imposed more tariffs on India than Pakistan and other countries. Pakistan has imposed 19 percent tariffs, 20 percent on Bangladesh and only 15 percent on Afghanistan. Trump says that the new tariff will give America financial strength and trade balance will also be created.
