Different claims in Crash Report of Air India

The initial report of Aaib states that the fuel supply was suddenly stopped during the flight. One pilot questioned this, but the other pilot denied it. Based on this, in many media reports, it was described as the mistake of the pilot or confusion in the cockpit.

Meanwhile, India’s Aaib has also termed some media reports, especially the Wall Street Journal report as “incomplete and unconfirmed”. The bureau said, “Such a big accident naturally creates concern in public, but it is not right to spread fear or confusion about India’s aviation security at this time, especially when the truth is not confirmed.”

Aaib has clarified that the initial report is only to show the order of events and restraint is necessary till the final report comes. He accused some sections of international media that they are trying to conclude on the basis of selected and unconfirmed information “and this is an” irresponsible “attitude. The Wall Street Journal report said that according to US officials, black box recording indicates that captain Sumit Sabharwal closed the fuel control switch flight just before the crashes were crashed.

Fuel switch’s run claim to go into cutoff mode

According to the initial report, the aircraft crashed within 30 seconds of the take-off.
