Ed Action in Patnitop Jammu Seized Properties Worth More Than 15 Crores Rupees Ann

Ed actions in jammu: The Jammu team of the Enforcement Directorate took major action in the money laundering case and attached a property worth about Rs 15.78 crore in the Patnitop Development Authority (PDA) case on Friday (June 27, 2025). This includes land, building and income earned from hotel.

The hotels whose property has been attached includes Hotel Pine Heritage, Hotel Dream Land and Hotel Shahi Santoor at Patnitop.

ED took this action under PMLA. The investigation started on the basis of an FIR in CBI, ACB, Jammu. In which serious allegations were made against many hotels, guest houses, resorts and PDA officials running in Patnitop area.

CBI investigation revealed

The CBI investigation revealed that many hotels and guest houses were running commercial activity in residential areas. Apart from this, some hotels also illegally constructed in forest, farming land and residential areas. The PDA officials ignored these disturbances and did not get the necessary permissions and rules follow.

The ED investigation made it clear that Hotel Pine Heritage, Dream Land and Shahi Santoor built more areas than PDA’s approval. The hotels made a big money using these illegal parts.

ED has taken major action in the case in January 2025

In this case, ED also took major action in January 2025. At that time the property of Hotel Trinetar Resorts and Hotel Green Orchid was attached. Whose total value was around Rs 14.93 crore. The investigation of the ED is still going on and it is expected that the names of more people can be revealed further. Also, the role of some more officers involved in PDA is also under investigation.
