Ilon Musk’s social platform X has filed a petition against the Government of India in the Karnataka High Court. It states that the officers of the Government of India are blocking the content, this is the misuse of Section 79 (3) (B) of the IT Act.
The petition stated that this method of censorship is completely illegal and violation of the right to expression.
The social media company says that if the content starts to withdraw so easily, they will lose the trust of the users, which will affect the business of the company.
