In Faridkot, Punjab today, 3 shooters riding a bike shot and killed a person in an Endeavor car. The incident is from a Brahmin village adjacent to Kotkapura city. The deceased has been identified as Yadvinder Singh, a resident of Mohali.

According to the information, a person named Gulzar Singh Numberdar died a few days ago in the Brahmin village and he was enjoyed at Gurdwara Sahib in the village on Tuesday. Jeevanjot Jugnu also came with his family in this Bhog Samagam. After the bhog, everyone was returning, while three shooters riding on the bike in the village started firing indiscriminately on the Endeavor, killing the driver Yadwinder Singh on the spot.

This attack was to be carried out on him, but he sat in another car from Gurdwara Sahib. He kept Yadvinder a driver a few days ago. However, the police have not disclosed the cause of the murder.
SSP Dr. Pragya Jain, SP Sandeep Vadhera, DSP Kotkapura Jatinder Singh and other senior officials reached the spot and claimed to arrest the accused soon. Photos of the accused who carried out the incident have been captured in CCTV camera. The village sarpanch Gurmel Singh said that the incident came to light when the numberdar’s relatives were returning from their vehicles after indulgence.
