The bandh will last from 7 am to 4 pm. Buses, trains, autos and taxis will not run during this period. 52 trains have been canceled in the state, while the routes of 22 have been changed. Markets and institutions will also remain closed during this period. However, there will be no interruption in emergency services.
If anyone has any examination, interview, etc. then that too will not be stopped. All the universities including Punjab University Chandigarh have postponed the exams to be held today. Farmer leaders have appealed to the people for cooperation to make the Punjab Bandh successful. At the same time, police and administration are also on alert mode in all the districts.

In the last 34 days, he has written letters to the Vice President, Prime Minister and judges of the Supreme Court. Despite this, no one paid attention to our demands, nor was any effort made to talk to us.

The hearing of this case is in the Supreme Court on 31 December.
Earlier, a meeting was held regarding the struggle of Khap Panchayats in Haryana. Representatives of about 102 Khaps participated in this meeting also. After this, a committee of 11 people gave its verdict regarding the Khaps. Three things came to light from this.

- The Punjab government requests the Center to enact a law on statutory guarantee of MSP, which is within the purview of the Central Government. Also, other states should also write to the Center demanding a similar law.
- The Haryana government cannot unconstitutionally close the borders of Punjab, nor can it carry out attacks within the borders of Punjab. A protest motion should be presented against this. An appeal should be filed against this in the Supreme Court against the Haryana Government using Section 131.
- With these resolutions passed in the Assembly, leaders of all opposition parties, MLAs and MPs should go and meet the President and submit a letter to stop Dallewal’s fast unto death. Also go to the Central Government for MSP.
