In America, major action has been taken against the gangster and Khalistani terrorists who are hiding from India. The US investigative agency FBI and local law enforcement agencies arrested eight Indian origin accused during a major raid at San Juquin County in the state of California.
The action was taken on 11 July 2025 under a well -planned operation, including SWAT teams of Stockton, Mantka, Stansloss County and Special Unit of FBI. The purpose of this operation was to investigate the case of kidnapping and torture associated with a gang, but India’s fugitive terrorists and gangsters were also caught in it.

All accused sent to jail
All of them have been sent to jail under serious criminal sections. The allegations against them include kidnapping, torture, illegal imprisonment, criminal conspiracy, intimidation of witnesses, attacks with semiotomatic weapons, and threats to spread terror. They are also accused of violating gang related sections and large quantities of illegal weapons, machine guns, holding assault rifles, selling illegal magazines and making short-bail rifles.
Weapons and cash recovered in raids
During the raids, security agencies have seized 5 pistols (which include a completely automatic glock), an assault rifle, hundreds of rounds of rounds, high-capacity magazines and more than $ 15,000 cash from them.
The most important name of these arrests is Prit Singh aka Holy Batala, who is the most wanted criminal for Punjab Police and India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA). He has been carrying out the activities of a banned terrorist organization called Babbar Khalsa International along with Khalistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rhode. The NIA has already filed a charge sheet against him and a red corner notice has been issued through Interpol.
Accused of illegally entered in America
According to Indian intelligence agencies, all these accused entered the US illegally and from there were operating criminal activities in different parts of India including Punjab. After absconding from India, many such gangsters and Khalistani terrorists are carrying out operations in America. The most popular names among them are – Goldie Brar, Anmol Bishnoi and Rohit Godara. After illegally entering the US, all these criminals get into the legal process by arresting themselves and taking advantage of American laws and staying there for years.
FBI missioned ‘Summer Heat Initiative’
The FBI has named this operation as ‘Summer Heat Initiative’, which aims to eliminate the network of gangs active gangs and dangerous criminals within America. The goal of this initiative launched by FBI Director Patel is to make the cities and communities of America reserved and take strict action to eliminate organized crime.
