The elder daughter who was preparing for his PhD was taking coaching in Agra. At the same time, she met a girl named Shahima from Kashmir, who is an MSc student. According to Anil, Shahima inspired her daughter towards Islam and talked about spreading hatred towards Hinduism.

Anil Bhatia says that Shahima believed in his daughter’s mind that Islam is true religion and Hinduism is based on superstition. Anil claims that there were plans to converted daughters to Kashmir and conduct conversion and marriage, but they were saved with the help of the family and the help of the police on time.
He said that with the help of location tracing, call records and local police, both daughters were safely caught in Agra. At present, both the police are in custody and their regular counseling is being done. However, the matter does not end here. Anil says that the process of ‘brainwashing’, which lasted for about 3.5 months, has completely affected the daughters. Especially under the influence of the younger daughter, elder sister, the same things have started repeating. This case is now affecting the mental balance and social status of the entire family.

Anil Bhatia thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and in view of the seriousness of the entire episode, demanded a severe punishment to the culprits. At the same time, he warned parents across the country that it is very important to give time to children, give religious education and to know about the contact of their friends.
He has specifically mentioned a book ‘Satya Prakash – the Life What to’, which every youth should read so that he does not fall into any confusion about religion, society and life.
