Flute Swaraj got great relief in defamation case, court refused to hear Satyendra Jain’s petition

Rouz Avenue Court has given great relief to BJP MP Biltle Swaraj on today i.e. (Thursday, 20 February 2025) in the defamation case. The court refused to take cognizance of the criminal defamation case filed against the BJP MP on behalf of Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendra Jain. Satyendra Jain had alleged that BJP MP Flute Swaraj had given defamatory statements against him during an interview.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendra Jain claimed that flute Swaraj had said that during the search of the ED, 133 gold coins were recovered from Rs 3 crore cash and 1.8 kg during the search of the ED. He claimed that the BJP MP had defamed him as corrupt and fraud. AAP leader Satyendra Jain claimed that BJP leader flute Swaraj made this comment to discredit him.
