India on China Hydropower Dam: The Government of India has expressed its concern in front of China about the world’s largest hydro power dam being built by China on the Brahmaputra river. Responding to the question asked by Shiv Sena Uddhav faction MP Sanjay Raut in the Rajya Sabha, the Ministry of External Affairs has said that the Government of India has taken cognizance about the big dam project being constructed in the upper part of the Brahmaputra river, regarding this, Constant talks are also going on with the Chinese government.
