Use in space will benefit on Earth
PM Modi first asked Shubhanshu how the use of growing moong and fenugreek in space. On this, Shubhanshu said that this experiment was very successful. He said- “Food is a big challenge at the space station. The place is limited and cargo is expensive. In such a situation, if plants like moong-methi are ready in small jars in 8 days, then this experiment can prove to be helpful in solving the problem of food security not only for astronauts but also on earth.”

Modi asked- what change did you feel when returning from space
PM Modi asked Shubhanshu that what a change do you feel when you return after such a big journey? On this, Shubhanshu said- “After reaching the space, there are many changes in the body. Due to lack of gravity, the heart starts working slow and it becomes difficult to walk.
In four-five days, the body adjusts, but the same changes are felt again as soon as they return to the earth. When I put the first step on the ground, I fell, people caught me. ” On this, PM Modi said that in this mission, the training of mind is more important not only of the body.

When the Prime Minister questioned Gaganyaan, Shubhanshu said- “Whenever people came to know at the space station that I was from India, everyone was very happy. Many companions were so excited about Gaganyaan that they told me that when your mission was launched, then definitely invite us.”

PM Asked what happened to ‘homework’
PM Modi asked in a funny manner what happened to the homework I gave you. Shubhanshu laughed and said- “Sir, he has a very good progress. Even though the mission has been completed but the real work has started now. According to you, we are trying to turn it into new knowledge and experience.”
PM said- 40,50 Astronauts will have to prepare
PM Modi said that the country will now have to prepare 40-50 astronauts. Shubhanshu shared his childhood experience on this. He said, “When Rakesh Sharma went to space, I never thought of becoming an astronaut because there was no program. But now children themselves ask themselves how we can become an astronaut. It is a big success for our country.”
Shubhanshu presented PM Modi to the mission patch and tricolor of the Axiom-4 mission, which he took to the space station with him.
India Faith on space leadership capacity
In the end, PM Modi said that Space Station and Gaganyaan are two big missions of India and the experience of Shubhanshu will work in it. To this, Shubhanshu said, “Sir, your government gave budget and confidence to the space program even after the failure of Chandrayaan-2. The success of Chandrayaan-3 proved that we can play leadership roles in the world. India’s own space station will be a big step towards self-sufficiency.”
After 41 years someone went to Indian space
Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla was selected for Exium Mission-4 as part of an agreement between American Space Agency NASA and Indian agency ISRO. Shubhanshu is the first Indian to visit the International Space Station and the second Indian to visit the space. 41 years before this, Rakesh Sharma traveled space in 1984 with a spacecraft of the Soviet Union.
This experience of Shubhanshu will be useful in the Gaganyaan Mission of India. This is India’s first human space mission, which aims to send Indian sky passengers to the lower orbit of the Earth.
