Baba used to use a WhatsApp number of London while absconding. With this number, he used to keep in touch with girls constantly. On recovering deleted chats, the police received many shocking messages, in which Baba sent messages like “Baby, I Love You” to a girl. Even after blocking, he kept contacting girls with new numbers.
Monitoring CCTV
The Hik Vision App has been found in the mobile of Pakhandi Baba Chaitanyanand, through which all the CCTV cameras of the ashram were connected to his phone. He used to keep an eye on every corner and seeing the opportunity, he used to call the girls in his room. This monitoring net was part of the strategy of choosing his prey.
Luxury room or exploitation base?
Fake Baba’s private room was like a luxury hotel. This place was made to woo the women with luxurious furniture, big beds, and open balconies. This room was the center of Baba’s misdeeds, where he used to call his victim and do wrong acts.
Tricks to trap with expensive gifts
He used to gift expensive jewelry, designer glasses, and watches to trap the hypocritical Chaitanyanand girls. The police came to know from his documents that he used to ask for resumes of many girls. Investigating officials suspect that he used to trap the women in his trap by luring the job of airhostess.
Cameras were installed in the bathroom
