In Jammu and Kashmir, a sensational case of cheating crores of people in the name of government jobs has come to light. The Crime Branch said that three different cases of fraud have been reported. A case has been registered against the three accused related to these three cases. The total amount of cheating is about 1.50 crore rupees. Senior Superintendent of Police Anam Tosh said that a case of jalsali has been registered against Ajay Kumar, a resident of Sugani village in Doda district. The accused cheated himself from six youths who want a government job, calling himself a secretariat officer. He used to cite his government contacts to win the trust of the people.
An FIR has been lodged against the victims on the basis of two written complaints. Ajay is a notorious fraud. Complaints are coming up against him. The second case is related to Lower Garhi Garh area of Jammu. An FIR has been lodged against the suspended government school teacher Jamil Anjum on the basis of a joint report of nine complainants.
Anjum is already in jail in another case. According to the police, he had cheated a total of Rs 39 lakh from these nine people by making false promises of government jobs. Surprisingly, the 11th FIR lodged against him is. He used to confuse people by calling himself a personal assistant to a senior officer. The police are receiving more complaints against him.
The SSP said that the third case has come up from Chanderkot area of Ramban district. Two accused living here, Iftikhar Ali and Nazir Ali, have also been booked for cheating. An FIR has been lodged against him on a written complaint of a person named Mohammad Taki. It is alleged that he cheated him financially by pretending to get a government job.
The police officer said that strict action is being taken against the notorious people who cheat in the name of getting a government job. But the youth, their parents and parents also need to be cautious and vigilant. Such fraudsters first win faith, then disappear with millions of rupees.
