Kargil vijay diwas: District level grand and emotional programs will be organized on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Day on 26 July across the country. The purpose of these events is to inspire youth and students with patriotism and respect the valor of the Indian Army.
During this time, the torch journey will be taken out remembering the heroes of the Kargil war, in which a large number of students, youth, NCC cadets, local citizens and ex -servicemen will participate. This yatra will be a means of paying tribute to the martyrs as well as respecting the soldiers engaged in the security of the country.
War heroes and their families will be honored
Apart from this, the war heroes and their families will be honored at the district level. The families of the soldiers who participated in the Kargil war or were martyred will be called on the stage and thanked and honored by the society. Special programs will be organized on war monuments, where wreaths will be offered and silence will be kept. Representative parties of youth will also be sent to the army’s cantonment areas and border posts, so that they can understand the life and discipline of the army closely. Lectures, demonstrations and discussion sessions will be held on Kargil war in colleges and schools. Expert speakers and ex -servicemen will make students aware of the real experiences of war, which will strengthen the spirit of service to them.
On this occasion, District Administration, Education Department, NCC, NSS and Sainik Welfare Departments together are preparing the outline of programs with solidarity. The events will pay special attention to motivate the youth and feel connected with the heroes protecting their country.
Kargil Victory Day not only reminds us of the bravery of our soldiers, but it is a day that inspires us to do something for the nation. The aim of the government is that the victory day of this time should be memorable and inspiring for the youth. Many programs will be organized by Delhi BJP on 26 July.
