An employee of Indigo Airlines in Gurugram, Haryana has accused 3 people, including the flight captain, of harassing caste. All of them came to attend a meeting in Gurugram. Meanwhile, the incident happened to the victim.

The victim alleges that he was insulted in front of everyone in a full meeting. The victim employee complained to the police about the incident in Bangalore. The Karnataka Police has sent zero FIR and sent it to Gurugram. Now a case has been registered at DLF Phase-1 police station.
Made caste comments several times at workplace 35 -year -old Sharan, who lives in Shobha City Santorini in Bangalore City (Karnataka), said in a complaint to the police that he works in Indigo Airlines and Adi comes from Dravid community, who is in Scheduled Caste category. They allege that caste comments were made at the workplace during duty several times.
The victim said that on 28 April 2025, he was called at a meeting at Emar Capital Tower-2, Sector-24, Gurugram. In the meeting, he was treated derogatory about his caste. Tapas Dey, Manish Sahni and Captain Rahul Patil attended the meeting made caste comments on him. This hurt his dignity.
Complaint to first CEO and Ethics Committee The victim said that the incident not only hurt his self -esteem, but also questioned the basic principles of equality and respect at the workplace. He also complained to the CEO of Indigo and the Ethics Committee, but no action was taken.
The company did not take action, so the victim of the Complaint told the police that when they did not take any action against the accused at the company level, they decided to make the police complaint. He is under stress with this system that happened to him. Therefore, action should be taken against the accused.
Gurugram police is investigating In this regard, Inspector Rajesh Kumar of DLF Phase-1 police station said that on Monday, the concerned people will be called to join the investigation and further action will be taken in the case. The post of the employee is not known, but the accused are working in the post of Senior in Indigo.
