An FIR of gang rape has been registered against Haryana BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli (61) and singer Rocky Mittal. This case was registered in Kasauli police station of Himachal on 13 December 2024, the information of which has now become public.

A woman resident of Delhi alleges that she was forcibly made to drink liquor and raped in a hotel in Kasauli. Rocky Mittal tricked her into becoming an actress in his album and Badoli tricked her into getting a government job. After the rape, she was threatened and thrown out of the room.
According to the woman, apart from taking obscene photos of her, a video was also made. After this, an attempt was made to implicate him in the case in Panchkula.
Himachal Police has registered a case against Badoli and Rocky under sections 376D and 506 of IPC. DSP Mehar Panwar of Parwanoo in Solan district said that Badoli and Mittal have been interrogated.
The woman claims that she was sexually exploited in Kasauli. Sub-Inspector Dhanveer Singh of Kasauli police station, who is investigating the case, said that the investigation is going on. The victim woman is married and has refused to undergo medical treatment.
Amidst this entire controversy, this matter has also started heating up politically because there is a Congress government in Himachal. On the other hand, after a few days, there can be an announcement of making Badoli the state president of Haryana BJP for the second consecutive time.
Badoli left the meeting of workers and went to the room alone, while Mohan Lal Badoli was meeting party workers at his home in Sonipat since Tuesday morning. As soon as the information about a case being registered against him came out in the afternoon, Badoli went to the room alone. After this the party workers also left his house. Badoli did not talk to the media, but while talking to Dainik Bhaskar over phone, he completely rejected the allegations against him. Badoli said that this entire matter is nothing more than a political stunt.

1. Went out with a friend, stayed in a hotel According to the police, a woman along with her friend came to the police station and lodged a complaint. In which it was written that I live with my friend. I used to work with Amit in Sonipat for 2 years. His office was in Netaji Subhash Palace. On July 3, 2023, I came to hang out with my friend and Amit. There we stayed at Hotel HPIDC Rose Common Kasauli District Solan. We reached the hotel around 5 o’clock.
2. Met 2 persons in the hotel, who were Badoli and Rocky, took us to the room That evening we were hanging out at 7 o’clock. We found 2 persons who were staying there. My friend and I started talking to him. One of them revealed his name as Mohanlal Badoli. He said he is the leader. The second was Rocky Mittal alias Jaibhagwan, who described himself as a singer. While talking, he took us to his room and said let’s sit and talk.
3. Actress- lured with job, forced to drink alcohol Jai Bhagwan said that he will give me the role of an actress in his album. Mohan Badoli said that he will get me a government job. I have access to the very top. Then during the conversation he offered us alcohol. For which we refused. Despite our refusal, he forced us to drink alcohol while talking.
4. Molested and raped me They molested me after making me drink alcohol. I opposed it. After which he intimidated his friend and made her sit aside. Then he threatened me that if I did not obey him, I would get you killed. After this both of them took turns to rape me. Took obscene photos of me and made a video. He threatened us that he would make you disappear. You will not be found out if you tell this to anyone outside the room or complain to the police.
5. Threatened and threw him out of the room, tried to implicate him in the case Due to fear and shame we became frightened and started crying. We could neither do anything nor say anything. After this they threatened us and threw us out of the room. We couldn’t tell anyone anything about it. After about 2 months, they again scared us and called us to Panchkula. There they tried to file a false case against us.
Tried to trap us. After this we found Rocky Mittal’s address 1022, Sector 4 Panchkula, Haryana and Mohan Badoli’s address 423, Sonipat Road Sector 15, Haryana. Strict action should be taken against them and my photos and videos should be deleted from their phones.
Who is Mohan Lal Barauli, know in 5 points…
1. Mohan Lal Badoli is a big Brahmin face of BJP in Haryana. He was elected MLA from Rai seat of Sonipat in the 2019 assembly elections. After this, BJP gave ticket to Badoli from Sonipat seat in 2024 Lok Sabha elections, but he lost.
2. In March-2024, BJP made Naib Saini the CM of Haryana in place of Manohar Lal Khattar. Saini was the president of Haryana BJP at that time. When Saini left the post of President after becoming CM, BJP appointed Badoli as the new President of Haryana BJP in July-2024.
3. When assembly elections were held in Haryana in 2024, BJP did not field Badoli as the state president. Badoli also said that he will contest elections for the party by staying in the organization. After this, BJP under the leadership of Badoli and CM Nayab Saini scored a hat-trick of victory in the assembly elections. BJP formed the government with absolute majority by winning 48 out of 90 seats.
4. After Krishnalal Panwar became MLA in the assembly elections, his Rajya Sabha seat became vacant and there was a discussion about sending Barauli to the Rajya Sabha. However, keeping in view her good work in the organization, the party decided to keep her as the state president and sent former chairperson of the National Commission for Women Rekha Sharma to the Rajya Sabha.

I went to the police station and lodged a complaint there. I said that they are blackmailing me. I also wrote a letter to the DGP and the Police Commissioner. I have his copy. No one listened to me.
I had said that some people want to defame me. One of them is from BJP. There are one or two big leaders and along with them there is some Amit Bindal. He is the coordinator of small scale industries of BJP. I have recordings of girls. Girls came to my house twice. Then she went to Delhi and I also got a call from Delhi Police. I had also explained to them that I do not even smoke beedis, leave alone alcohol.
This is actually a fight between the leaders of Sonipat. He wanted to make me a witness against Badoli. I did not become a witness. I am already away from BJP. We have often gone out with Mohan Baroli many times. If the FIR was filed a month ago then why did I not receive any call? I came to know about this today.
